The lady that works the front desk is super amazing however my nail tech cut me 5 times after I told her she was too close to my skin she proceeded to look at me and roll her eyes. I got a dip manicure Monday (suppose to stay on at least 7-10 days) and started chipping Wednesday which I’ve never had happened- went in Thursday to get in fixed and started chipping again Friday. Very upset with the quality of the mani- never had this happen before:( I called and they were very nice and said my next service was free which I appreciate. However upset that I had to go in twice to get it fixed and then it peels the next day. Hopefully I’ll be able to update my review if I go back:)
Sweetest people ever and awesome customer service!! I came here after being denied service at another place due to coming an hour before they close because they were booked. So I came here 30 minutes before they closed and I can't believe how accommodating they were! The fact that they still took the time to make sure my nails looked perfect even though they were about to close means so much. They were so kind and the prices are very fair. The place is clean and they do nails really well! I can't wait to go back when I have more time so I can get a pedicure! I've been to multiple nail salons in Bloomfield Twp and I think I've finally found my new spot. Couldn't be more satisfied!!!
Finding this place was an adventure well worth it. Their spa chairs are so incredibly comfortable Our pedicurists were super friendly and tatted up, we were so comfortable and pleasantly surprised. We will definitely visit again! Very clean, they wiped down every bottle and surface after our visit and offered us the tools they used as well. I'll recommend Bloomfield Nails & Spa for everyone.

This is a great nail salon. It is a peaceful place and it was very relaxing when I got my leg and foot massage. I came in looking like a bag lady, exhausted from working in the yard in the heat. They treated me like I was their most prized customer! A wonderful experience and after nearly a week my toes still look great!
