I had the best experience here today. My first time and I took my visiting granddaughter. We had the most satisfying and wonderful time and our nails turned out fabulous!! Best pedi ever!!! I didn't even get nipped once!! Found my new favorite place ❤
Hands down best salon!! Twee is amazing. I have been going to her for years! The place is very clean. They spend many hours making sure this place is clean for their clients. They make sure to take their time and give their clients quality services. I bring my whole family. Doesn’t matter if it’s my 5 year old, 13 year old or my husband and I we all love it!!!
I'm new to the area & really enjoyed their most expensive $75.00 Pedi a couple of months ago. I thought I would treat myself, again today. The girl I used last time has left, so I took whatever spot was open. I got a very unhappy gentleman (no personality & seemed miserable). That's fine, I'm paying for the service, not the entertainment. I noticed he had skipped a big step on my service, but let it go. They all do things in a different order. He also barely touched my feet during the massage portions, choosing to rub the top of my shins mostly. I have arthritis in my feet, so I go for the pain relief it brings. That was annoying. I questioned what service I had received when he asked me to pay. He said the 75.00. I told him he missed the entire fresh orange sugar scrub massage portion. He argued that I got the orange scented spa set, which I did, just not the massage/sugar part. Another worker heard him & came to save me from being over-charged, thank God. Shame! A nice place, convenient, seemingly clean & 1 sour worker ruined it for me. Beware what you're asking for & then paying for.
Love this spa!! I usually get acrylics done and most recently I got a fill with Dan. He did a fantastic job!! The shape, length, and overall look was perfect. He was very meticulous and friendly as well. He definitely made an effort to talk to me about school and my day, etc, which is very nice of him. I’ve also had my nails and toes done by other techs and have never had a bad experience with anyone there. 10/10 recommend.
