Salon manager Joe directed me to a seat and provided me with a clean, fluffy pillow for my back. Technician "V," applied a dip powder manicure quickly and carefully. The salon is bright, modern, clean and cozy. Everyone spoke English and occasionally used Vietnamese. This salon deserves a 5 star rating based on their work ethic, friendliness and the appearance of this salon. The pedicure bowls alone are all matching and elegant. You will feel pampered, rested and satisfied when you take the time to spend time at "My Nail Spa" in Brighton on Grand River Rd.
The service was wonderful. I had a great first experience. The Nail tech was very kind and happy to help me find the perfect color for my nails. Definitely will be returning :)
My Nail Spa had great ratings, so I decided to give it a try for a pedicure. I was greeted warmly and shown to my chair. Then, WHOOSH! The gal hadn’t even finished filling my tub and she was going after my cuticles. I was (no lie), 25 mins from the time I sat down to the time she was taking me to the drying chairs. She flew through every step of the service. The polish job was so-so. Not a great experience. I definitely would not recommend it nor will I go back. I’ve had dozens of “Classic Pedicures” for $30, and the average time spent has been no less than 45 minutes, sometimes up to an hour. I always tip well when I feel I’ve been treated well. $30 for 25 minutes...no tip today.
The entire staff is wonderful. This was my first visit and I’ll definitely be making this my nail spa!???????????????????????? Thank you Mindy, your hard work shows???????? My nails are beautiful ????
I noticed on the website it says appointments only. This was my first time visiting the area of Brighton I called and they were able to get me in for the next day. I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment when entering they ask for ur name and you also sign in on a tablet for each time u visit u get a certain percent off wich I thought was amazing assuming Up North ur paying about $100 just for a full set here I paid 50$ and the selections they have to pick from is phenomenal I mean a whole table full!! I will definitely be going to My Nail Spa again even if it means I have to make a long drive to get my nails done ????
