Once I was seated, the technician was great and the place was very clean! But: MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. The website gives the impression that the salon relies mostly on walk-ins. It does not. This is a busy salon. The employee at the desk was less than pleased to deal with walk-ins. I was not given an indication as to the wait. Luckily, I did not have to wait long. No one said more than a few words to me. The clients with appointments were invited to pick out a color and treated quite well. But as a walk-in, I was directed to a station and relied on the technician to pick out my color. Walk-ins were definitely treated differently. I would return but next time I would make an appointment.
I’ve been going to NT nails for over a year now and they never disappoint. All their technicians & staff are amazing. They try their hardest to accommodate everyone to make sure their clients are happy
Wow. What an amazing experience. My first time getting my nails done in 3 years and I'm so in love. I am getting a divorce and really just wanted to feel more like myself again and they did an amazing job.
